Understanding the Terms of Service
Creating an Attorney-Client Relationship
Merely agreeing to the terms of service does not establish an attorney-client relationship. To do so, two conditions must be met. Firstly, representing you must not create a conflict of interest with any of our current clients. Secondly, satisfactory arrangements must be made for representation, which includes the issuance of an engagement letter by us to you.
Confidentiality
Sending us any information about a matter involving you without our consent, does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Therefore, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed or implied. Any information sent by you without our consent should be considered non-confidential.
Webinars
Webinar recordings are exclusively reserved for our clients. Clients of the firm are also permitted to access these recordings.
Conclusion
Agreeing to the terms of service does not mean that an attorney-client relationship is created. Satisfactory arrangements must be made and you must receive an engagement letter from us. Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed unless consent is given, and webinar recordings are reserved for clients or clients of the firm.
